Thanks for the comments. As coaches, quality equipment is very important due to the amount of time, effort and energy we spend delivering sessions and matchday etc. comfort and quality are crucial, but I agree that shock absorption could be something else to consider.
When considering boots as a coach, performance enhancement and safety, not so much, just the right footwear, Studs for grass and moulded studs for harder pitches and astroturf (3G).
